Once an order has been placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the address you have submitted to us. The order confirmation entails (1) order number, (2) overview of item(s) ordered and (3) payment and delivery details. The order confirmation is solely an acknowledgement that your order was received by Lugi Crespo rather than an acceptance.
Shipping Confirmation & Delivery
Once an order is send off from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email is send to the address you have submitted to us. The shipping confirmation email entails (1) order number, (2) overview of item(s) ordered, (3) payment and delivery details and (4) a postal tracking number. Delivery time is 2-5 weekdays within Europe, and 7-8 weekdays outside of Europe. Sunglasses usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours after we received your order. You will receive a notification when your order has left our warehouse.
We accept payments with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna(In Sweden). If you pay by credit card the total amount will be reserved on your account immediately when the order is placed. The money is then charged when your order is registered for delivery from our warehouse. Subsequently, you will then receive a confirmation containing a receipt of the purchase.
All credit/debit card transactions on our Website are processed using Stripe, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
All Lugi Crespo Eyewear is warranted against breakage due to defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Lugi Crespo does not warrant any lens against scratches. Alteration, misuse or abuse of a Lugi Crespo product will void its warranty. If Lugi Crespo's products are proven defective, Lugi Crespo will replace them at no cost to you.
How to make a warranty claim:

In order for us to warranty your eyewear you must notify us by email with information about what your warranty issues are. If a warranty is approved we will then give you a reference number that you must include with your products intended for warranty. Please do not send us any products without an approved reference number.
Please note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods. We therefore recommend you to choose a safe shipping method.
Exchange & Returns
Returns & Exchanges
Lugi Crespo offers free returns on all orders In sweden. Customers are entitled to return their order within 14 business days. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, free of scratches and with original packaging and invoice. The financial responsibility for the return lies at the customer until it reaches Lugi Crespo’s warehouse. We therefore recommend using Lugi Crespo's return slip and service provided in the package sent to you.
Repayments will be conducted as soon as possible, however, at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by Lugi Crespo. Funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using a credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card. Please note that your refund may not be reflected on your account immediately and it might take your bank up to 10 business days to process it.
Please follow the below steps to return or exchange your item:
Place the item(s) you want to return in the original package
- If you want to exchange your product please send a email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order email receipt and which product you want instead. Skip this part if you just want to return the product.
- Paste the return slip on the previous slip on the package. Leave the parcel at your closest logistic center. PostNord in Sweden and DHL World Wide.
- Please keep a copy of your return receipt, in case anything should happen during the return process.
All prices shown on Lugi Crespo's website, www.lugicrespo.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Please note that in case of an order is shipped to an delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. The customer is responsible for paying customs, duties, and/or VAT. Once the package leaves EU, we have no control over how much your taxes will be. If a package is refused and we are charged shipping and/or duties, that amount will be deducted from original order before a refund is credited.
